On 21MAY21 Terry Talks with Nick VANAALST about a wide variety of topics including but not limited to politics, work, pandemics, aviation, racism, leadership, real estate, real estate during a pandemic, middle east, social media and technology, risk management, the tv show "lost", Derek Chauvin's case, the possibility of Nick becoming a politician in the future, regionalism of federal politics, critical thought, health, loosing a loved on during a pandemic... Nick used to work with Terry in a Psychiatric Prison many years ago and is now a Commercial Pilot and an Air Traffic Controller. Nick is one of those incredible people who only come along every so often and makes an extremely positive impression on everyone that he encounters. Nick always provokes thought and good conversation whenever he is around people. Nick has a wealth of knowledge in many different areas and it was an absolute pleasure talking with him!
