how they can help us, we also wander through the topic of colour vibration

again and its impact on our life from clothing and being in nature to

Aurasoma.

We also discuss how hard following a spiritual path can be at times and how

often we fail to put ourselves first and why it’s so important that we do

so.

We look at how the more we explore our connection to Source and the

challenges that arise along this journey. How we present ourselves to the

world and are then perceived by others, highlighting how important it is to

stand in our power and maintain healthy boundaries
