Meg is one of the many shining stars of South African sports.  She eats and breaths adventure. She is a proud and ambitious Saffa living in the French Alps.  Her back yard includes trails and trails of Chamonix single track. 

Adventure Academy was lucky enough to have caught her on snow day where we spoke about all the epic adventures  she has under taken.  These include training on the farm with her family and dogs, Van life touring Europe,  living abroad and racing the European circuit. 

She is unpacks her fondest trail memories and gives advice to not take it all so seriously. Laugh and have fun.
