This past week provided us with some of the saddest and most bizarre news items in a long time.

On Monday, the City of Atlanta, AL announced that it was the victim of wide spread hacking attack.  Various departments in city government were locked down by a Ransomeware attack. The FBI and other government agencies were still working to untangle the mess by week’s end.
