We have to let go of what we can’t control and focus on what we can. The same holds true for our loved ones, so what is their perspective and how can they channel their energy to feel less out of control themselves. For those battling cancer, we need to remember that communication is key and to recognize that our loved ones need to process this blow just as much as we do.
