Sunday is a moving day: we move from the seven ‘I am’s’ of Jesus in the Gospel of John to three final messages to sum it all up – the Grace, Washing Feet, and Abiding Way of Jesus.

In John 14:1-17a Jesus proclaims, “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.”  This statement of Jesus seems exclusive.  On one hand it is.  On the other hand, it’s for all who hear and believe – inclusive to everyone to engage by grace, through faith, in Jesus Christ.
