Even when you’re ROCKING it, having success, growing, getting up and doing it all over again because you LOVE what you are doing, that little stress package will show up and try to take you down!

It sucks. It’s distracting, all-consuming and steals your time, your mind and many times how you feel physically. And I’m not exempt!
