I’m back to training. We got a really good 7-mile run in on Saturday. Pushing Ellie in the stroller for 7-miles has to make it count for more though, right? I’m assigning a 1.5:1 stroller-to-no-stroller ratio on my runs, and giving myself credit for 10.5 miles instead.

We then hit up the beach in Old Orchard, Maine, to support our friends Joe and Jim who were competing in Ironman Maine 70.3. What a great race! I’m not sure I’ll be in line to participate anytime soon, but a great race nonetheless!

Lastly, I want to talk a little bit about this Andrew Luck thing… Indulge me for a moment.
