I’m having a lot of trouble maintaining my self-prescribed podcast schedule lately. It’s not for lack of trying, but a combination of factors that include not having a proper routine in place. Even when the routine offers me time to podcast, I’ve been sabotaging myself by producing content that hasn’t reached my standard of quality. Basically I record a podcast, hate it, and delete it.
What is the prescription for overcoming this? Rediscovering my routine. Since Ironman, I just haven’t settled into a schedule that fits all of the things that I want, expect, and need to do. That’s what I intend to do over the next few weeks.
