What an incredible week for the Ordinary Marathoners Facebook Discussion Group! I have often tried to be the kind of person author Malcolm Gladwell calls, “a connector.” There’s just something that is self-satisfying about being able to connect people together in a meaningful way. I also rely greatly on help from others, allowing the group to grow organically. If I can’t be a great “connector” myself, the next best thing is to know a few of them. I whole-heartedly thank all who have helped grow this community – not only this past week, but over the last few years of our existence.

As we look ahead to the launch of Team Ordinary (any day now!), we are starting to set goals for the project. Goals worthy of an Ordinary Marathoner. If this works out, I better alert the t-shirt printer… they’re going to have a lot of work to do.
