The first of a series of podcasts with this years Rice Honors History candidates, Rice Senior and Historical Review Co-Editor in chief Darren Pomida discusses the research and work he's done for his History Honors Thesis with RHR Podcast Director Eddie Plaut. Darren is writing on the effects of Chinese migration and the opium trade in the Philippines, having conducted extensive archival and primary source research in Manila and Singapore last semester and summer.
