This episode finishes our transition planning series walking through the "Cultivating Your Farm's Future" workbook. In this final episode of the series, we go through the operating agreement worksheet. The goal of this worksheet is to think through and discuss how you want your farm entity to operate and have something you can take to your attorney when setting up the entity.
