Thank you to everyone for the feedback on the last podcast. Glad to see the Monday/Wednesday/Friday format is off to a good start. Of course, then I re-recorded this AM’s podcast after the first dry run… trying to set a good example.
A great start to the week so far as we get over the hump here on Wednesday. I’m looking forward to tonight’s USA Triathlon Zwift event ride and hope to see you all there.
About 6 months ago I implemented a 5am workout schedule. It has had some ups and downs, and has always been a fluid situation. But our new schedule with 5am and 6am rides on Tuesdays and Thursdays, coupled with a 5am run on Wednesdays, has given me some welcome flexibility. I’m now looking at these early morning wake-ups as OPPORTUNITIES, whereas they had started to become chores. I’ve been a lot more consistent since we went to the 2 rides/1 run 5am schedule.
