The kind and humble Moroccan-born, but Israel raised fashion designer Alber Elbaz is a man of this age where he worked hard to get where he is. Training under Geoffrey Beene, has worked for some of Paris’s most prestigious fashion houses like Guy Laroche, Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche and then Lanvin as creative director. In his time at Lanvin, a century plus-old French House, Alber is credited to transforming the brand, making it relevant and sought after on the world stage of luxury. Through wounds and scars from fashion, Alber is back in fashion, having just launched his own brand: AZ Factory.
