We are only three days in, and we are seeing so many amazing things! At least THREE of you have run full marathon distances in one day! Shannon Pierangeli ran her VERY FIRST MARATHON this past weekend. I’m honored that she would do that during our race. Just incredible!

Not to be outdone, there were many other long-runs out there. And let’s not discard the people who are using this race as a springboard to consistency. We see you out there making a point of getting out of the house and starting your road to success! It’s all very inspirational.

Make sure you wear green on your run today to acknowledge Green Monday during Mental Health Awareness Month. We also ask that you pick up the phone and call a friend… just to say hello and have a conversation.

Tomorrow will be our Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing day, where we acknowledge our efforts to empower Deaf athletes through the Ordinary Marathoner Foundation. We ask that when you take your picture on your run, you do it while displaying the American Sign Language sign for RUN.

This race has been incredible so far and we look forward to seven more amazing days. THANK YOU!!!
