Dan and Seamus Skype from across the country to talk about something close to home, Pennsylvania gerrymandering, and the State Supreme Court case which recently ruled the Commonwealth's Congressional districts unconstitutional. The two go over some of the expert testimony used in the trial, and talk about the Constitutional arguments surrounding the ruling and how it can be used as a blueprint for future gerrymandering cases in other states.
