Welcome to our sixth episode of The Spirit of Creative Entanglement! We are three art psychotherapists, and this space is for curious minds seeking relatable, authentic, and meaningful stories about healing from all walks of life, both professional and personal. Join us as we explore creativity, connection, and the transformative power of storytelling and self-expression.
In this episode we are joined by consultant psychologist Jess Valentine. Jess has a specialist interest in psychedelics, and has recently completed a Post grad qualification in 'Psychedelics: Mind Medicine and Culture'; the UKs first academically certified programme in psychedelic studies run by Exter university. With growing interest, and clinical trial research into psychedelic therapy showing promising results in the treatment of various mental health conditions, we explore the potential for safe and effective use of these novel therapeutic interventions.
