• Son of Jarel goes over how the immune system reacts to covid 19 and how there's a difference from person to person in their response to how their body handles it.

• We go over how the state of CA was able to shut down in response to the pandemic and how the requirements from the CDC have changed over the past month.

• We do not like talking politics, but hey we take a stab at it! Just opinions so don't go punching your wall at home there buddy!

• Roxrite is one of the most well traveled bboys in the world, he touches on how there has been a shift in the breaking world with no events to train for or attend. Have dancers lost their motivation to dance? Just because there is no big name event to show and prove? What happened to the days when bboys would just do it for fun?

• Roxrite talks about an article titled, "How Eating Pussy Can Stop Covid 19". We swear this is not a "Roxrite Googles", section!

• With all travel pretty much at a standstill and no events to attend, how does Roxrite pass his time? Are there other avenues for him to explore within the breaking scene and more?

• Are online battles the new norm? Technology has taken us to great lengths in how we can share ourselves to the world in an instant, but with breaking competition does it fill the void? Roxrite explains.
