Today’s guest is Marcus Collier, a television producer. Marcus shares insights into life as a TV producer, travelling abroad, long days, working on sets and the impact of catering. He spent periods of time as a student as a vegetarian then again later in life when he started to experience digestive “IBS type” symptoms. Marcus finally contacted me after 5 years struggling to get his symptoms under control and having eliminating more and more food. We went back to basics of focusing on digestion, bringing the gut microbiome back into balance which enabled Marcus to bring foods back into his diet fairly.
