Getting feedback can be difficult to hear and sometimes difficult to decipher. In this podcast, our expert guest, Christine Eliseev, CIO and Transformation Leader, looks at how we take in feedback and ways to help us break down the feedback that we've received so that we can decide one of two things: 1) either do something with it or, 2) choose to ignore it. Because honestly, when you get feedback, the feedback that you get, doesn't always mean that you need to do something with it.
There's good feedback. And then there's feedback from people who really have no business giving you any feedback. And it's really important to make sure that, you know, the difference, because if you take the wrong feedback, you'll end up going in a direction you don't actually want to go.
It may not feel like it, but feedback can be a gift. Have a hard time imagining that? The value of feedback is much easier to see once you’ve analyzed it. Download Christine’s Feedback Evaluation Canvas and join in the conversation and start looking at feedback as the gift it is.
