The Player & The Fan is a weekly podcast hosted by former University of Michigan Tailback Chris Howard and Michigan Alumnus Glenn Higgins. The two have known each other for several years;  their families have vacationed together, they've gone to Michigan football games together and they're usually locked in step with all things except for one - how they view sports but in particular how they view Michigan Football. Their bickering has led to hanging up on each other and not speaking or answering text messages on Game Day. One thing became very apparent to them -- players and fans view the game differently and out of that rare agreement The Player & The Fan was born.  They're not recreating the wheel in sports podcasting - it's just two friends with two totally different perspectives sharing their insights and love for Michigan Football.
