In today's session, I want you to focus on the constraint in your recruitment/search business.
So, in the next 120 days I want you to have a figure. Know what is that figure. And then I want you to be very pessimistic. Look at yourself - your role in the business, your system - the automation, and your team. Think about what is going to prevent you or stop you in hitting the figure you have. It could be a $100k, it could be $500k, whatever your number is.
For some of you, you know it's you. For others of you, it could be just getting the automation working. Or there could be more.
But what's the constraint that's going to stop us?
