Your Recruitment/Search Business is on you. IT'S ON YOU!
Whether you're a startup or hitting the 7 figures in your Recruitment/Search Business, There will always come a time that you will be faced with challenges. This challenges can run from something you have control over with like, campaigns not working or a certain strategy not working to something that is beyond your control like, a family member getting sick. And business can go down very quickly.
So, being an entrepreneur in recruitment is bloody tough.
What I wanted to share with you today is the Rule of 5-2 in life. 5 years of good and 2 years of a bleep. This happens in life and it can also happen in your recruitment business. Are you ready when this happens?
Well, I know most Recruitment Search Business Owners aren't. That's why I'm big on Automation, Systems, and I talked about the 3 drivers in your Recruitment/Search Business. Because I know that there's going to be a bleep in your business, there's going to be a bleep in your life at some point.
And I want you to be ready for it.
Inside my own business, I'm huge on "Don't come to me with a problem, Come to me with a Solution." Because I want my team members to take full accountability of their roles. And just like them, I also want you to take full accountability on your Recruitment/Search Business. know that things can get rough sometimes and good days don't last forever. It's not being pessimistic, it's being real.
So, What do you do when you're in a downward stretch? You don't make rush decisions. Take it from a guy, who learned this the hard way.
And what do you do when you're in an upward streak? YOU SCALE.
So, whether you have a positive thing coming or a bad thing coming, it is coming. SO deal with it.
