The Meister is a new inspection system for semiconductor packaging that can handle shiny parts, such as wafer chips. Koh Young have also introduced the MOI for accurately measuring parts in box build and storing the traceability data. The Ksmart software controlling these systems has also been updated to include real-time monitoring and data handling.
