Hi everyone, my name is ika Risnawati. on this podcast for the thirteenth week journal. I will tell you a summary of the contents of the toy story films I watched and the Rapunzel books I read.

The following is a summary of the first story from the book I read with the title "Rapunzel"

Tells the story of a king and queen who have a baby girl with long golden hair named Rapunzel. A selfish old woman named Gothel kidnaps her in a tower in the forest and claims that she is her mother. A thief named Flynn arrives but Rapunzel takes the crown in Flynn's bag. Days passed, Rapunzel realized that she was a lost princess. Until finally Flynn saves Rapunzel. And they went on an adventure together running from the witch Gothel. Flynn removes Gothel's magic by cutting Rapunzel's hair. Gothel turns to dust and Rapunzel is free. But Rapunzel is sad because Flynn is dying, her tears fall and the drops can heal her. Then Flynn brought Rapunzel back to the royal castle.

The following is a summary of the second story from the film I watched with the title "Toy Story"

Toy story is an animated film, the story is interesting and close to the daily life of a child. Tells the story of a boy named Andy, he really likes toys. Andy has many toys, among all his toys namely, Woody which is his favorite toy, a cowboy action figure, and many more. The world of toys is a world of imagination. This cartoon film imagines toys in the children's playroom that can live, move, and talk when there are no humans near them, especially Andy who has the toys. These toys also experience exciting adventures. There are conflicts of problems to be resolved, then competition, and the values of friendship which are then raised.

My experience after practicing vocabulary from the books I read and the movies I watched was enjoyable because it made me improve my English skills. And this becomes a challenge for me when some words are a bit difficult for me to know the meaning, what I do is take notes and look for the meaning of the word or vocabulary and learn it. When I practice it in my daily life, it helps me to remember it more easily. Then you can add new vocabulary and learn to practice the correct pronunciation of words or sentences in English.
