Hi all, My name is Ika Risnawati from class 1A public health study program. in this podcast I will retell about the cartoons I read from books and the ones I watch from movies.

The first is a cartoon book with the title Snow White. This cartoon tells Once upon a time there lived a princess named Snow White who was the daughter of a king and queen. When the king remarried the evil queen, Snow White was always treated like a servant. The evil queen always asks the mirror who is the most beautiful. And the mirror answered Snow White. The queen was so angry that she wanted to kill Snow White. The queen disguised herself as a witch approached her and gave her a poisoned apple. Snow White ate it and finally fell unconscious. the horse prince appeared, bent down and kissed him until Snow White came to her senses. Then the prince took her to the palace and lived together forever.

The second cartoon I watched was, with the title Cinderella. This cartoon tells about Once upon a time there lived a beautiful woman named Cinderella. when his mother was sick his father remarried to a widow with one child. Her stepmother was known to be very cruel after her father dead. They always tell Cinderella to do homework. At the dance, Cinderella wanted to go there, but her stepmother didn't allow it. Then a fairy came to help him come to the palace on the condition that at twelve o'clock at night he must return home. Cinderella forgot because she was dancing and quickly ran until her shoes came off. Prince is looking for the owner of the shoes but none of them fit anyone's feet except Cinderella. Until finally they got married and lived happily.

The vocabulary that I found from the cartoon story is, Cracked (retak), Disappear (menghilang), Fall (jatuh), Fled (melarikan diri), Untidy (berantakan), Disguising (penyamaran).

My experience after practicing vocabulary by watching cartoons and reading cartoon books is that I get some new vocabulary. In my opinion, this is the easiest way to learn. I'm sure many understand cartoons because cartoons are also often shown on television, so we often watch them over and over again. With that I can apply the vocabulary in everyday life so that I can remember the vocabulary. I can also compose sentences from the vocabulary I get. and can train me in pronouncing vocabulary and arranging sentences correctly.
