Body language for communication and health is the subject of this podcast. Good communication is the foundation of any successful relationship, whether it is personal or professional. It's important to consider that it’s not just the spoken word we should pay attention to, it's our non-verbal communication - our facial expressions, gestures, eye contact, posture, and tone of voice - which actually speak the loudest and that we do completely unconsciously!
The ability to understand and use non-verbal communication, or body language, is a powerful tool which can help you connect with others, but also with yourself. Certain postures and tone of voice mean different things to us and we can work with this to improve our health, wellbeing and confidence.
