The MATRIX (1999) é um filme alegórico produzido com várias intenções e camadas de mensagens.

Vamos analisar duas das intenções principais do filme, a saber:

1) Revelação do método (o sistema [LEGAL] separa os homens da natureza, que vivem ligados à sua "pessoa artificial", uma ficção legal, que não existe na natureza)

2) propagar o mito de que a natureza não é real (e que, portanto, vivemos numa simulação e o mal não existe porque tudo é relativo)

No entanto, a natureza é real, a verdade é absoluta: existem o bem e o mal.

Vamos analisar o segundo ponto, sabendo que a natureza é real, a verdade é absoluta e objetiva: existem o bem e o mal.

Segundo o filósofo dinamarquês Morten Tolboll:

Fake Simulation theory and Fake "New Age" Matrix

Believers think you can't get out of the Matrix (that is: from illusion to reality), since the Matrix is reality itself:

* a mental construct (New Age), or

* a computer simulation (Transhumanists).

The illusion is here that you have lived according to what others have programmed you to believe. The latter is the only idea I share with them
