Welcome to another Webcam Startup podcast! Today, we’ve got a lot of event news to cover. The Online Cam Summit is going on right now, the 1st annual YNOT Cam Awards has just wrapped up and BCAMS is going to be starting next week. There’s also more possible legislation going on in the UK, Clips4Sale’s 2nd webinar is coming up and much more!

Clips4Sale Webinar 2: Seasonal Sales Tips – November 5th – Clips4Sale is hosting their second webinar on November 5th. The last webinar maxed out at 100 participants in a matter of minutes, and it’s stated that Clips4Sale is making sure more room is available for this one. Their second webinar will be geared around the upcoming holiday season and how clip producers can capitalize on it.

BCams Summit: November 6th – 11th – BCams is going on between November 6th to the 11th in Bucharest, Romania. BCams features seminars, networking and two awards: the Cam Site Awards and the CamStar Awards, which celebrate the top model from each studio and the best camming sites. Webcam Startup Contributor Alec Hardy will be attending BCams and taking over the Webcam Startup Twitter account during the event.

2nd Online Cam Summit Going On Now – The Online Cam Summit is going on now! The event started on November 1st and is running through the 4th.  Each day a new series of videos are released and available for that day. If you’ve missed the first days, don’t worry! Last Online Cam Summit, the videos were all made available again for a duration at the end, and if that doesn’t happen this round, it’s possible to buy the all access pass for €10.00. Participants also receive a Goodie Bag full of specials offered by speakers and sponsors.

Clips4Sale Holiday Promotion: Nov ’18 – Jan 19′ – Clips4Sale has announced their Holiday clip promotion, going on now until January 2019. This is for holiday-themed clips, whether it’s Christmas, Hanukkah or one of the many other holidays celebrated during the season. Use the custom keyword ‘C4SHoliday18’ to get your clip featured in the C4S holiday section.

ManyVids Adds 13 New Top Earner Categories and Awards – ManyVids has added 13 new categories to their Top Earners. This brings the total up to 18 categories and the award pool up to $27,000 per month. The new categories are: New Cummer, Store, Director, Rising Star, BBW, MILF, Cosplay, Femdom, Findom, Kink, BDSM, Ebony, Asian, and Latin!

UK Parliament Studying Porn’s Role In Sexual Harassment – UK Parliament just released a report titled Sexual harassment of women and girls in public places. This report covered a wide range of issues related to sexual harassment, especially in public places, namely public transportation. Porn is a major topic covered in the report, and the UK mentioned that they should consider further regulating how UK citizens should be allowed to interact with explicit content. Social media and public consumption were both major focuses of the report.
