I used to believe "Living in Integrity" meant a person's thoughts, words, and actions all line up. I used to imagine if I practiced enough, I'd acheive some nirvana where I float through the world in easy harmony and moral perfection.

Yet no matter how hard I've tried to "live in Integrity" I always find myself with room-to-improve. Recently, I've been exploring a new definition of Integrity; one that leaves me feeling whole, heard, and loved (by my own self).
