In episode 6, Sheriff Fortney talks with Jose "Neaners" Garcia and Tairyn "TT" with Hope for Homies in Everett. Their non-profit organization creates a safe place for youth in Snohomish County to grown, learn and build life skills. They partner with youth in gang affected communities and with juveniles in the justice system to help mentor and provide a safe place for growth. Hope for Homies also assists adults with developing success plans and re-entry support as they leave prison and re-enter daily life.
