Many podcasters find this stage of podcasting a bit of a chore, but there are benefits to spending a bit of time and effort on your show notes. They can help attract new listeners through search traffic, offer a handy summary of what’s covered, and provide links and resources to anything mentioned in the episodes. That said, your podcast needs to be sustainable, or you’ll stop doing it. So if you only have the time or energy to do a quick bullet-point summary for each episode, then that’s absolutely fine too.
