I send out the newsletter with text and images to paid subscribers every Monday (apart from public holidays when they go out on Tuesday) and the audio version on Wednesdays; paid subs also have access to the archive. Free subscribers receive one newsletter per month and the audio version every Wednesday. Substack have also created a free trial option.
