The TF1800 is a GBA and LGA semi-automatic rework system that handles boards up to 12" x 12". The TF2800 will handle 24" x 24" board sizes. The latest soldering iron from PACE is the ADS200 with their Accudrive system which delivers fast, accurate temperatures. The soldering iron is made out of a single piece of aluminum, allowing better heat dissipation and operator comfort. Another new product is digital, remote-controlled fume extraction system that comes with ESD safe hose and nozzle.
