This week we learn that being patient as a Christian is actually about self-control in the face of suffering. Its purpose is for us to learn to not retaliate and refrain from seeking revenge.

For what reason? Because God's patience with us is why Jesus's return is yet to come. Giving us time to repent before its too late.

We look at how standing firm in the faith is the antidote to prevent us from spiralling into vindictiveness and despair.
