Join me as I bring a chronic pain flare up from a sudden 8/10 down to a 2/10. So my last episode was all about being pain free for almost 3 months! And today out of nowhere I experience a pain flare up. Thankfully I have some tools to use in these situations and thought I’d document the process for you in case it helps you or someone you know :)
