I could write forever about the subject of growth mindset to be honest.

I discovered this little FAIL -find and interesting lesson- acronym when my kids were much younger. I liked it. The book on growth mindset was a much more recent discovery.

You could express growth mindset very simply. Instead of being afraid of making mistakes, you are learning what you need to do next to grow that little bit more. Simples.

Only it will often take failure to get there. And so this is why it is so important to find and interesting lesson.
