I almost feel vulnerable and naked doing a podcast on my strengths. Some of you will listen and those that know me or someone similar will think, “aha!” and some of you have no damn clue what this strengths finder crap is.
I gotta tell ya, I took it with a grain of salt and discovered it is pretty damn accurate.
The general point and concept is to finds what traits you are strong or good at naturally and try to focus on developing them instead of focusing on your weaknesses. Can you change? Of course, you can do that, but this test is really just to see where you are at right now without any effort.
I wasn’t surprised at my results, but it definitely helped me to categorize my thoughts on this matter.
