I've started...

From the inception of wanting to convert my online business into a much more readily available podcast, to learning how to use the equipment, to having to listen to my own voice saying the same bloody intro over and over - because I now cannot seem to string a flipping sentence together! Having the intention and drive was one thing, delivering this podcast to you in a matter of weeks - when in actual fact it has taken 4 months has been nothing short of epic for me! 

Having purchased a few pieces of equipment and armed myself with all the technical savvy and ability of painstakingly watching an old lady trying to thread a needle, I have started... I have sweat buckets over the amount of questions and pleas for help that have come leaping from every corner of the globe to my barely mums inbox! This topic is - and always will be at the top of the list for new and experienced parents reaching out for advice or structured assistance to help their babies sleep.

I will be posting my first few episodes here... so watch out for them coming soon.
