The Christian life is neither one of perfection nor of passivity, but a progressive pursuit of Christ and his likeness as we await his return and the consummation of all things.
This week we look at what it means to be transformed in Christ. We will understand what transformation looks like so that we can recognise that we are being changed and allowing God to change us.
Because of Jesus’ forgiveness through salvation, rather than our past holding us back, it can serve to remind us where God has brought us. When we finally embrace Jesus as our saviour, and that even as bad as our past might be, God can use it for good and transform us.
