Tumblr Banning Porn / Adult Content On December 17th – Hot on the heels of the announcement that Tumblr was removed from the Apple App Store, Tumblr has announced an update to their guidelines, banning all porn and explicit content from their platform. The changes will take effect on on December 17th, 2018.

Modelhub / Pornhub Releasing Custom Content Feature – Modelhub, the clip store feature for Pornhub, is currently rolling out their custom content feature. The feature is currently in beta, and Webcam Startup contributor Alec Hardy is testing the new functionality out. According to Alec, it’s the cleanest custom content platform he’s dealt with. Once launched, models will get 80% for a promotional time, then it’ll go down to the standard 65%.

CAM4’s 12 Days of XXXmas – December 13th to the 25th – CAM4 has announced their 12 Days of XXXmas, which starts on the 13th and runs through the 25th. This is a raffle-style event, with prizes ranging from clothing to sex toys.

Pornhub: Converting Verge Payouts To Cash – Alec Hardy talks about receiving Verge cashouts from Pornhub / Modelhub, and how to go about converting it into cash. Because Verge isn’t as mainstream of a cryptocurrency as BTC, ETH or other mainstream coins, there’s a couple extra steps involved. Alec uses XVG Wallet and Binance for this process.
