Hey, listeners - I know it's been a while since I've published a new episode; so, I wanted to let you know that I'm still here, I've just been down with a cold and my voice just isn't quite up to par yet. However, the Court did issue a new opinion on an argued case earlier this week  as well as one opinion relating to orders. I am slowly beginning to produce those opinions as I get better and will have them published as soon as possible - maybe even some time this weekend.
