Big Idea: Encourage others to become who they are made to be
Problem: Our default mode is envy and jealousy, which tears others down and rots us Solution: Bring yourself under others and lift them up into who they are made to be
Christ Solution: Christ is the forerunner who teaches us to build up and gives us power to do it Vision: Lay down your crowns and thrones and lift others into who God made them to be

Steps to Change: 1. Seek to become who you are made to be. 2 Find a community that will help. 3. Be an encourager in that community by rooting people on and pointing them to Christ their source of transformation. 4. Allow yourself to be encouraged by others and take steps toward the new you.

Moment of All In: Envy and Encouragement are both costly. Choose Encouragement and you loose your throne, choose envy and you loose your soul. Save your soul.

“Encourage one another and build each other up.” (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
