Building the "IMDB for Podcasts" ... sounds simple right?  Far from it! Imagine cataloguing the entirety of the history of podcasts, not only the active ones, but all of the ones that have come and gone, including the content in the episodes and their categories, and the hosts and producers and crew as well.

Well, there's a group out there doing it as we speak, and they are calling the project Podchaser!  This week, on The Podience, Nick is joined by CMO & Co-Founder Cole Raven to discuss the humble community-driven beginnings, how their team is spread out around the globe, and where they're truly planning to take this thing!
