Day 3 exercise: Grab a pen and paper and set a timer for 5-10 minutes. Pick a topic for your thought download and then start writing down everything that comes to mind about that topic. What are you thinking? Why is it a problem? What are you making it mean? Then try to identify the most painful thought -- your "thought bruise". PS. It might be disguised as a very pretty-sounding thought.
