PodQuest 577 – Muppet Treasure Island, Rook and Rose, and Doom
This week on PodQuest we start things off talking about the 1996 classic Muppet Treasure Island for our latest book club. Then Chris spends a bit chatting about the Rook and Rose trilogy by M.A. Carrick, and then we wrap things up with Walnut’s final thoughts on Doom The Dark Ages and some thoughts on what game he’ll be jumping into next.
Continuing with our Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon challenge, our next book club pick is The Boondock Saints (1999), which includes Billy Connolly, who appeared in Muppet Treasure Island.
The goal of the game is each of us will pick a movie that includes an actor from the previous pick with the hopes that the final pick (number 6!) will include Kevin Bacon.
