So, I think I’m gonna need to change the name of these updates to CrimePops. Spending another week perched pretty at the top of the charts is Crime Junkie.

Last week’s episode gave listeners a dose of closure, as a murder mystery from 2020 was finally resolved with the help of a DNA genealogical database. But, no spoilers here! You’ll have to tune in to get answers.

In the number 2 spot, Stuff You Should Know served up a little…hate? Well, they actually went on a deeper exploration into the nature of hate and the emotions it stems from.

Could this mean alarm clocks aren’t inherently terrible and the nature of my hatred for them runs deeper? 

No, no, no….they’re inherently terrible. 

Rounding out the top 3 this week on “Crimepops”, it’s...you guessed it, more true crime. Dateline NBC snagged a top spot in the ears of listeners with a throwback episode about a rekindled romance gone wrong.
