I often look at the work written and shared by the incredible poet Rudy Francisco as food for thought. Every single piece teaches me something, reminds me of something, or gives me new and different perspective. 

There are so many things to celebrate in the month of May: Mental health awareness, AAPI Heritage Month, Jewish American Heritage month, wildfire awareness and prevention, foster care month, Military appreciation and still so much more. I'd like to celebrate as much as possible while still holding true to the initial purpose of this podcast - beginning conversations and inspiring people to create and share their own works. That being said, I think Rudy touches on many of the boxes while still providing classic food for thought.
