As a Caribbean woman and mother, Danielle Martin crafts poetry with a distinct vibe and intensity innate of her experiences and culture. However, she believes we are all versions of each other. Meeting at different stages or sometimes barely touching as we slide through life's chaotic dimensions.
Writing is her solace and "Kissing Shadows: Caribbean Love Poems" is her first published Anthology of poetry.
Additionally, her work has been featured in several publications, Ariel Chart, Claudius Speaks, Free Lit Magazine, the 2016 and 2017 Poetry Marathon Anthologies and most recently the Organic Poet.
Danielle currently spends her time engaged in writing workshops and drinking copious amounts of coffee.
Her favourite mantra is... "And this too shall pass".
