Today's poem is brought to you by rupi kaur from her world-renowned book, "Milk and Honey". Rupi Kaur is one of my favorite poets if not is my favorite poet and this poem exemplifies the meaning of self-help. The importance of self-help shouldn't be frowned upon because it can correlate to that person's daily life. One needs to be mentally stable to be able to have a good relationship with a future partner.
